This fish is rarely seen in the market and its also known as slipper fish. From its name, I reckon you have guessed that its name is derived from how it looks like.
The meat is very tender and I am sure you will fall in love with this fish after trying.

拖西鱼香嫩无比肉质细腻味美。中间有硬鱼刺之外，其他都是软刺可以吃。普遍用来干煎，点辣椒酱油，配粥吃????????完美！

大拖西：适合蒸，炖的做法，也可以炸了吃，肉会比小托西多。
小托西：适合喜欢炸拖西来吃，偏爱脆脆口感。当零嘴，配粥，或下酒菜绝配。
